On time every time. Never a complaint. Even do windows and carpet cleaning. A quick dry method , that is great for getting homes for sale. We use swept space for all of our jobs. Great stuff

A large and costly part of our recent house renovation was the installation of wood floors throughout. Our new floors were allowed to be covered in paint spatter and drywall mud and dust, making them look old and shabby. Fortunately, Daniel and his team came to our rescue and were able to bring them back to life. We are very happy with Israel and his crew and their efforts to satisfy. We would highly recommend Swept Space for genuinely great customer service.

What can I say? 

I was a reluctant and picky customer who was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the professionalism of this small company. 

I wanted the job done once and right- 5000 square foot character home to sparkle for an unexpected move out.  This was a tall order considering my standards and the hurried nature of the timing required. The house had multiple kitchens, bathrooms, character detail, woodwork, hardwood flooring, carpets to be cleaned, types of windows... the list goes on and on but the mission was beautifully accomplished. 

Swept space came recommended through a local property management company as the dream team and I can now see why... they are simply excellent. The property management company obviously deals with lots of customers, cleaners and move outs so I trusted their opinion as I did not want nor have the time to clean a 2nd time (this has happened with previous move outs and weekly cleaners sadly!). 

I had initially planned to be there every second of the day to ensure a deep cleaning job was done not just a surface clean (did I mention I was picky) but after the first hour I felt comfortable and confident in their skill level and dedication to the job to leave them to their work. I did check back unexpectedly a couple of times and always found them hard at work. The cleaners were a delight to deal with and literally sang while they worked. The house sparkled and I did not even feel the need to check every nook and cranny as I 100 % trusted the quality of their workmanship. This says something for a type a person like me!. 

I actually needed to go back twice in the next couple of days for mail and was amazed each time at the quality of their final results. It was a delight to just see their efforts and admire their hard work. These folks CLEANED and are a credit to their profession!!! I can say at last that I have found a cleaning company I plan to continue to use when I am in need of a second set of hands to maintain my new home not just for spring cleaning and move-outs. It's a relief to find someone who will care for your home as though it was their own.

I can't thank them enough for their job well done and making my unexpected move out go smoother than I could have dared hope. I'll be in touch to book again at my new place once I'm unpacked!

Swept Space is a fantastic company to work with. I have used their services personally and professionally and have never been disappointed. They also have an amazing management team!

After job was done did a walk through and looked fine, but when I did the final walkthrough with the owner of the property they showed me everything missed. So sadly I paid the company for their job and had to again pay the owner for cleaning missed. Amended - The company is coming to work on completing the clean to the land lords expectation. Very considerate!

Ian is fast, efficient and friendly. We used to spend $25 per hour on our old cleaner. Ian is more expensive per hour but he does more in one hour than the old cleaner in two. The house is cleaner at a price that ends up lower per week.

Swept space cleaning does an amazing job. Not only are the thorough, and leave everything spotless, but the owners Dan and Lucas are super friendly, professional and lovely to work with. Their staff are all amazing as well, polite, cheerful and wonderful at their jobs.

We hired Dan and his staff to clean CedarTree Dental and are very impressed! After the first visit it was noticeable that our space had been thoroughly cleaned and everything was neat and organized. Highly recommend their services.

I hired Swept space to do a move out clean of my rental apartment when I purchased my home. I had gotten quotes from other companies for cleaning and for carpet cleaning. These guys were able to do it all in one day. They matched the best price I had gotten for carpet cleaning and gave a reasonable quote for the rest of the cleaning. They were courteous and professional at all times with great communication, always on time and did excellent quality of work. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services.

Lucas was really responsive and flexible with the timing, which helped immensely when we were coordinating so many things last week. Dan and Swept Space have done a fantastic job cleaning and keeping our properties in order. As a property management company, we encounter units needing all degrees of care. From post move out cleans to monthly maintenance Dan and his team have been timely, reliable and affordable.

My place was over run with pet smell from a roommates dog, (puppy training, mess + carpet = bad times) so when he left I had to get the smell out. I tried everything I could think of, but the stains and smells remained, it was brutal honestly. I hired Swept Space cleaning and WOW! I didn't even know the carpets were that colour! (Gnarly I know) Swept Space even did the couches too. My house just feels brighter, 10/10 would recommend. Had a consult and within 24 hours they were taking care of everything. Great service, really friendly, and great work. Get your place cleaned by Swept Space, you have no idea the impact they make!
