Israel, is a Team Supervisor at Swept Space, he has the responsibility of overseeing our employees alongside Luz. He takes charge of managing our employees and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and training for effective job performance. In addition, Israel conducts site check ins with clients and audits of the cleaning staff for all the sites he oversees. His steadfast dedication to both our team members and clients solidifies his role as a cornerstone of the Swept Space Management Team.

Hailing from Mexico, Israel has been passionate about teamwork since his youth, evidenced by his provincial basketball championship win during junior high school. Throughout his bachelor's studies, he excelled in various roles within transnational companies, rapidly advancing due to both his exceptional performance and his dedication to promoting the company's values. With a steadfast focus on customer service and collaboration, he served in an office in Mexico, aiding individuals in securing rightful pension plans. Now residing in Greater Victoria, he remains committed to providing excellent customer service while also sharing best practices with his new community.
