All of our team members undergo intensive training, not only in cleaning but also in company policies, under the supervision of our experienced managers: Israel, Diana, and our operations manager Luz. All of our management team members have been with us for over two years and are trained in all aspects of cleaning.
All credit card transactions are securely processed through Stripe, which is integrated with our CRM software. Our system does not store your credit card information unless you select the option to save your card on file.
Yes, all of our crew members undergo a criminal record check before joining our team.
Should you decide to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via phone or email at info@sweptspace.com. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of 2 hours service.
Our customer service team is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week. You can book your cleaning services 24 hours a day on our booking page.
