Do you require contracts for commercial cleaning?
We are very flexible with our clients. We have basic terms and conditions but no set contract. Our services are provided on a monthly basis, with a 30-day courtesy notice required for cancellations.
How am I billed for commercial cleaning?
Commercial cleaning is billed monthly. The quote is based on an estimated number of hours required to clean the space each visit, multiplied by an hourly service rate determined by frequency and space size.
How does a commercial quote work?
We conduct an initial site visit to perform a walkthrough of your space and understand your expectations and cleaning needs.
Do you provide supplies?
Yes we provide all supplies. Swept Space is equipped with the latest and most effective equipment in the cleaning industry.
Where do you store equipment?
We may ask if there is space to store the equipment onsite. Otherwise we have vans that are fully equipped and we bring them to and from site.
Do you provide re stock supplies?
Yes Swept space provides re stock supplies for its clients (paper towel, toilet paper, soap ect.) please contact if you are interested in us providing this service for your business
